CI/CD Culture & DevOps Transformation

Overview

Partnered with the Architecture team to champion a CI/CD culture overhaul at Vivint, grounded in the principles from 'Accelerate' by Nicole Forsgren, Jez Humble, and Gene Kim. Led the mobile team as the first to fully embrace automated pipelines, testing standards, quality gates, and modern release practices. Redefined mobile release workflows and conducted the research and testing that enabled broader engineering groups to adopt platforms like LaunchDarkly for feature flags and SonarQube for code quality. The transformation established new DevOps standards that extended well beyond a single team.
