Overview

As Technical Lead and Engineering Manager, drove the strategic vision and delivery of VIA (Vivint Installer App) from inception to company-wide rollout. The app replaced legacy tooling with a modern Swift-based platform serving all Vivint field technicians. Pioneered a tech-first experience that elevated the installer workflow — previously secondary to the sales process — into a first-class native iOS application. Established the foundation for Vivint's iOS design system, transitioning from UIKit to SwiftUI and setting architectural standards for the mobile platform.
